Song Ji Hyo Is Voted The No. 1 Korean Celeb Asians Want To Meet

According to a recent survey, actress Song Ji Hyo is the top Korean celebrity that Asians want to meet!

On May 10, the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency announced the results of a survey that it had conducted from March to April of this year. The poll spanned nine different nations in Asia, including Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, and the Philippines, with the organization asking participants various questions about their preferences regarding Korean products and pop culture.

Not only was Song Ji Hyo voted the No. 1 Korean celebrity that survey participants wanted to meet, but she swept various other rankings as well—the actress was also voted the No. 1 Korean celebrity that represents “excellent Korean products,” the No. 1 Korean celebrity that represents “Korean advancements,” and the No. 1 Korean celebrity that suited participants’ “personal tastes.”

Last year, Song Ji Hyo was named promotional ambassador of both the 2017 Korea Brand & Entertainment Expo in Jakarta and the 2017 Korea Brand & Entertainment Expo in Ho Chi Minh City.

The actress is currently hosting the Onstyle beauty show “Song Ji Hyo’s Beautiful Life,” in addition to appearing on the hit SBS variety program “Running Man.”
