“Pick Me” Composer DJ Maximite's Drug Case Forwarded To Prosecution

DJ Maximite, who is known for having co-composed the hit “Produce 101” theme song “Pick Me,” is currently under suspicion of drug use.

On May 14, it was reported that the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency had forwarded DJ Maximite’s drug case to the prosecution with a recommendation for indictment without detention. DJ Maximite had been investigated by the police for repeated use of marijuana at his home in the Gangnam district of Seoul in November 2017.

According to the police, DJ Maximite admitted to having used marijuana at least twice during their investigations.
