EXO's Suho Reveals He Talked About Idols To Become Friends With Young Co-Star Kim Hwan Hee
EXO’s Suho, Kim Hwan Hee, Jung Da Bin, and Lee Jong Hyuk attended the press conference for the upcoming film “Student A” on May 14.
On working with Kim Hwan Hee, who is 11 years younger than him, Suho shared, “Hwan Hee likes idols a lot, so we talked about that to become closer.”
He continued, “Our common interest is idol groups, so I talked about them with her and tried to act cool by saying I could get her autographs whenever. I think that’s how we got closer and were able to film comfortably.”
When the MC asked Kim Hwan Hee who her favorite idol group is, Suho drew laughter as he commented, “It’s a sensitive subject.”
Based on a webtoon of the same title, “Student A” is about a middle school student named Jang Mi Rae (played by Kim Hwan Hee) who is addicted to video games, is good at writing, and has low self-esteem. The film is set to be released sometime in June.
