T-ara's Hyomin Signs With New Agency + Reportedly Planning Solo Release Soon

T-ara’s Hyomin has found a new home!

The singer and actress signed an exclusive contract with Sublime Artist Agency and plans to continue promoting in South Korea and China. She is also reportedly planning to release a solo album in the first half of this year.

Hyomin’s previous solo releases have ranked high on the Billboard China V Chart and she recently attended the Asian Film Awards in Macau as a presenter.

On May 16, a source from Sublime Artist Agency stated, “We have begun a good relationship with Hyomin. She is a singer whose passion for music is unrivaled, and we intend to support her promotions 100 percent.”

They continued, “More than anything, Hyomin wants to repay the fans who have waited for her. Soon we will surprise you with some news, so please look forward to it and continue supporting Hyomin.”

Hyomin and the three other current members of T-ara left MBK Entertainment in January but have stated that they intend to continue promoting as a girl group.
