gugudan's Mina To Play Feisty Feline In New Fantasy Drama

gugudan’s Mina has been cast as Moon Chae Won’s daughter in the upcoming drama “Gyeryong Goddess” (literal title)!

“Gyeryong Goddess” is an adaptation of a popular webtoon about a 699-year-old fairy who is currently working as a modern-day barista. The comedic fantasy will follow the fairy Sun Ock Nam as she encounters two different men (played by Yoon Hyun Min and Seo Ji Hoon) who both appear to be reincarnations of her late husband.

gugudan member Mina will be playing the role of Jum Soon, the daughter of Sun Ock Nam and her husband. Although she was reincarnated as a tiger in her current life, Jum Soon manages to become human through training. After being reunited with her mother, she spends her days switching back and forth between human being and lovable cat.

Jum Soon is also hiding another secret—after coming of age, she ends up becoming an enthusiastic writer of steamy fiction.

Mina previously appeared in the 2017 MBC drama “20th Century Boy and Girl,” as well as tvN’s “Drama Stage.”
