MAMAMOO's Hwasa Talks About Whether She Fights With Long-Time Friend Wheein

On the May 19 episode of JTBC’s “Ask Us Anything,” Chakra’s Hwangbo, Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon, MAMAMOO’s Hwasa, and WJSN’s Dayoung appeared as guests.

During the show, Hyoyeon asked Hwasa whether she’s ever fought with her friend and fellow group member Wheein. Hwasa and Wheein have been friends since childhood before debuting together in MAMAMOO.

“I think that being able to fight and then let it go is the better way,” Hwasa said. “Recently there was a time that we fought.”

With a smile she added, “There was one time when fists went flying. We fought for no reason after drinking alcohol, and so the next day neither of us remembered what happened.”

“Ask Us Anything” airs on Saturdays at 9 p.m. KST.
