f(x)’s Krystal Recognized For Her Volunteer Work By Chinese Foundation

f(x)’s Krystal recently gave her time to volunteer on behalf of children in China.

In China, Children’s Day is celebrated on June 1. In honor of this, Krystal participated in the event “CJ Cultivating Dreams Classroom” (literal translation) from May 31 to June 1 in Kunming.

“CJ Cultivating Dreams Classroom” is a joint program between CJ Group, KOFICE (Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchange), the China Friendship Foundation For Peace and Development, and the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship.

During the program, Krystal visited an elementary school and drew pictures, made a “dream tree,” and listened to children present about their dreams. She received a plaque of appreciation from the China Friendship Foundation for Peace and Development as a result of her efforts on behalf of Chinese youth and making the event a success.

In a statement, Krystal said, “I also gained a lot of strength from doing meaningful work. I will continue to support the beautiful dreams of children and youth.”
