Hyukoh Says They're Thankful To Wanna One's Kang Daniel And Hwang Min Hyun
On the latest episode of “Yoo Hee Yeol‘s Sketchbook,” band Hyukoh talked about their gratitude to Wanna One!
Hyukoh appeared on the June 9 broadcast of the KBS music talk show to promote their new album “24 : How to Find True Love and Happiness.” During the show, Yoo Hee Yeol mentioned the fact that Wanna One members Hwang Min Hyun and Kang Daniel were known to be fans of the band.
Kang Daniel once sang Hyukoh’s “TOMBOY” during the karaoke segment of KBS’s variety show “Happy Together,” while Hwang Min Hyun’s cover of “Comes and Goes” was the first “King of Masked Singer” performance to surpass 10 million views on Naver TV.
Yoo Hee Yeol asked the band, “Hwang Min Hyun sang ‘Comes and Goes,’ and [the video] recorded over 13 million views. Were you aware of this fact?” As lead singer Oh Hyuk nodded along, drummer Lee In Woo replied, “Yes, I even watched it myself. We were very thankful, so we want to send them our new album.”
Oh Hyuk chimed in, “We’re really so grateful.”
