AOA Shares The Thought Behind Their Stage Outfits For "Bingle Bangle" Promotions

Girl group AOA recently made an appearance on the June 11 episode of KBS Cool FM radio show “Kim Seung Woo, Jang Hak Joon’s Mister Radio.”

During the show, DJ Kim Seung Woo asked, “Normally you wear high heels onstage, but for this promotions, you wear sneakers.”

Chanmi explained, “We tried the choreography beforehand, and it seemed like we would strain our ankles if we did it in heels. So instead we decided to wear sneakers and dance our hearts out onstage.” When asked jokingly if they did it to get a sneaker commercial, she replied, “No, but we will work hard [for it].”

In response to a question about their drinking habits from the DJs, Mina said she has a glass of wine once a week, and that she enjoys drinking alone even though she has a low tolerance for alcohol. The members picked Hyejeong as the member with the highest tolerance.

Mina said, “I want to go on ‘Life Bar’ with Hyejeong. We live together and sometimes we share a glass or two.”

Seolhyun said, “I want to do a reality program with all of us. We all share a dorm together anyway, but I want to do a show where we travel together.”

AOA is currently promoting their latest summer comeback with “Bingle Bangle.”
