Chu Ja Hyun Is Discharged From Hospital In Good Health Following Emergency Treatment

Actress Chu Ja Hyun has been discharged from the hospital in good health.

Her agency BH Entertainment released an official statement on June 12 that touched upon her current status. Regarding what caused the health concerns, the agency wrote, “Chu Ja Hyun temporarily experienced spasms after the birth of her child, and she was taken to a nearby clinic to receive emergency treatment. During the spasms, fluids entered her lungs and she was treated for aspiration pneumonia with the help of a respirator.”

They continued on to say, “With the care of her doctors and the support of many, Chu Ja Hyun has had a quick recovery and has been discharged from the hospital. She will continue to receive outpatient treatment. She is currently watching over her baby with her husband Yu Xiao Guang at the postnatal care center.”

Chu Ja Hyun was reported to have received medical treatment after the birth of her son on June 1. At the time, her agency confirmed that she had experienced spasms that night and was recuperating after receiving emergency medical treatment. On June 10, they issued another statement to deny reports that the actress was in critical condition.
