AOA Talks About How They Exercised And Gained Muscle Mass For Their Latest Comeback

AOA appeared on SBS LoveFM’s “Song Eun Yi and Kim Sook’s Unni’s Radio” on June 13 and discussed how they prepared for their recent comeback.

The girl group released “Bingle Bangle” in late-May, a refreshing summer track that is bound to get anyone dancing.

AOA revealed that they had worked hard to be in top physical condition for their comeback. Seolhyun explained, “While we were on our break, we all exercised, and we were able to return with a healthy concept.” She especially emphasized, “I think we increased our muscle mass by a combined total of about 10 kilograms.”

Yuna and Jimin added that the choreography of “Bingle Bangle” itself contributed to their workouts. They said, “It’s really tiring because we have to keep running and jumping. It feels like a good cardio exercise.” Seolhyun said, “Because the choreography is so difficult, we’d lose weight even without changing our diets.”
