Cast Of "Suits" Expresses Gratitude Following Drama's Finale
The cast of KBS2’s “Suits” thanked viewers and fans as their drama came to a close.
The drama saw much success throughout its run, with consistent viewership ratings that helped it maintain a steady first-place streak in its time slot. It ended on June 14 with its highest ratings yet.
The two lead actors shared how they felt about the production as they gave their final thoughts.
Jang Dong Gun stated, “This was my comeback drama after six years. I had a lot of fun and was happy because I was able to be with good actors and staff members. I also felt all the viewers’ fervent interest and love. I really want to say thank you.”
“I want to sincerely thank everyone who has watched ‘Suits’ until now,” Park Hyung Sik explained. “‘Suits’ is a very meaningful production for me. It was a novel with things that I’ve experienced in the past or things that I will learn, experience, and figure out in the future. It is a story with many messages, and I worked hard because I wanted to share these messages with everyone. I want to sincerely thank everyone once again for loving, supporting, and being with us until the very end.”
Go Sung Hee expressed through her agency, “Thank you to everyone who has loved ‘Suits’ during its run. I was happy every day thanks to your love and I was able to film while really enjoying myself. I want to especially thank you for loving and supporting the ‘rabbit couple’ [Park Hyung Sik and Go Sung Hee]. I will remember this for a very long time as I was able to work with great actors and talented producers.”
Lee Shi Won also shared her thoughts through her respective agency, saying, “It wasn’t for long, but I was very happy that I was able to be with good people as Sae Hee for at least a short amount of time. I want to thank the director, writer, cast and crew for always giving it their all and teaching me a lot as well as all the viewers who loved Sae Hee.”
Son Yeo Eun commented, “Because I joined ‘Suits’ halfway, I was really excited but nervous to be able to be on a good production like this. I think it was worthwhile thanks to all the love that many people showed my character Kim Moon Hee. I will return with a good production. Please look forward to it.”
“Your House Helper” (literal title) will be the next drama to air on Monday-Tuesday evenings after “Suits.”
