Watch: BTS, SHINee, And Wanna One Encourage Young Dancers To Take Part In New KBS Variety Show

KBS is introducing its upcoming dance variety show with a clip featuring messages of encouragement from BTS, SHINee, and Wanna One!

KBS released its first teaser for “Dancing High,” an upcoming dance battle variety show featuring contestants from the age of 10 to 19. It’s been described as the first Korean variety show that aims to find the best dancers in this age range.

The teaser starts off with Wanna One’s Ong Seong Woo singing the line “Tonight’s star is me, it’s me” from their song “Pick Me,” as Kang Daniel and Park Woo Jin dance along. Kang Daniel then shakes his head before pointing at the camera and saying, “It’s you, it’s you.”

The clip shows members of Wanna One, BTS, and SHINee encouraging all those from 10 to 19 years of age who know how to dance and want to conquer Korea through dancing to apply for the show.

BTS’s Jimin says, “Anyone can apply, including solo dancers, duos, and groups.” V and J-Hope encourage viewers to search for “Dancing High” on Naver to find out more about applying. The groups then encourage everyone to take on the challenge!

A representative from “Dancing High” said, “Through the dance battle between those from the age of 10 to 19, we’re aiming to show Korea’s dancers from 10 to 19 who are very talented and overflowing with ‘groove.’ We hope you’ll show a lot of interest and apply.”
