Ji Suk Jin's Father Passes Away + "Running Man" Releases Statement
Ji Suk Jin’s father has passed away.
On June 21, a source from his agency revealed that his father passed away due to a chronic illness. The agency explained, “Ji Suk Jin is at the wake, and his schedule is being adjusted.”
As a result, Kim Shin Young and Kim Hyun Chul covered for his daily radio program on June 21.
Regarding “Running Man,” a source from SBS revealed, “Hearing about the passing of ‘Running Man’ member Ji Suk Jin’s father, the production team decided after discussion to delay the recording planned for June 25. The next recording date has not been scheduled yet.”
As members of BLACKPINK were scheduled to participate in the June 25 recording, the source added, “BLACKPINK’s appearance has also been postponed due to the change in the recording schedule.”
