Supernova's Contract Ends With Maroo Entertainment

Boy group Supernova’s contract with their agency Maroo Entertainment has come to an end.

Following reports on June 21, Maroo Entertainment confirmed that their exclusive contract with Supernova has ended. It’s expected that they will not be renewing their contract.

The six-member group Supernova made their debut in 2007, and released the popular song “TTL (Time to Love)” with T-ara in 2009. They have been particularly active in Japan, where they’ve built up a large fanbase and reached No. 1 on the Oricon chart. Their most recent Korean release was the 2012 mini album “She’s Gone.”

While an initial report stated that Supernova is planning to sign with a new agency and continue to promote together, this has not been officially confirmed.
