"Wok Of Love" Announces Change To Number Of Episodes
SBS drama “Wok of Love” will end sooner than expected.
On June 26, a source from SBS stated that the drama will end with 19 episodes instead of 20 as originally planned.
Due to coverage of the elections and World Cup, there have been changes to the show’s broadcast schedule. In response, the production staff decided to condense the drama into 19 episodes. The show airs on Mondays and Tuesdays, and its last episode will air on Tuesday, July 17.
If the show had had 20 episodes, its finale would have been the next week on Monday, July 23. Instead, this is now the premiere date for the upcoming drama “Thirty but Seventeen” (working title).
“Wok of Love” is an action-packed drama centered on the kitchen, and is written by Seo Sook Hyang who also penned the drama “Pasta.” It stars 2PM’s Junho, Jang Hyuk, and Jung Ryeo Won.
