Watch: NU'EST W Performs "Dejavu" For First Time On "Weekly Idol," Has Difficulties With Roller Coaster Dance
NU’EST W, who recently made their comeback with “Dejavu,” appeared on the June 27 broadcast of “Weekly Idol.” It was NU’EST W’s first time on the show alone, and though they said they were nervous, they proved themselves perfectly capable of carrying the show.
Having just made their comeback on June 25, the group debuted their performance for the song on “Weekly Idol.”
The group then followed up with the double speed dance challenge. Though they were nervous because they just learned the choreography for “Dejavu,” they pulled it off with the grace of seven-year veteran idols.
The same wasn’t true for their next challenge, however, which was Weekly Idol’s roller coaster dance (random speeds) with two songs — “Hello” and “Where You At” — played randomly. Watch the group’s attempt below.
Ren, especially, revealed himself as a “hidden variety show gem,” according to Kim Shin Young, as his competitive nature inadvertently became the source of many laughs during group games.
