Listen: VIXX's Leo Says Love Follows "Free Tempo" In New Self-Made Solo Track

VIXX’s Leo has gifted fans with another solo track!

On July 1 KST, the singer shared “Free Tempo,” a pop R&B track with a simple but still groovy acoustic beat. A completely different style to Leo’s previously revealed “Dream,” the track highlights his enchanting vocals and hints at another aspect to Leo as a solo artist.

As with “Dream,” he wrote the lyrics for “Free Tempo” and co-composed it with AVGS (Hyun Jae Wook). The love song describes how “everything becomes perfectly ‘free tempo’ the moment you fall in love,” and explores the feelings one has during such a moment that is not defined by convention.

Leo also recently participated in a duet “We, the Reds” with gugudan’s Kim Sejeong in honor of the 2018 Russia World Cup, and has performed this track at various events.
