Los Angeles Police Department Revealed To Be Investigating Death Threats Against BTS’s Jimin
The police has responded to the most recent death threats made against BTS’s Jimin.
On July 14 (local time), the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) released a statement via NBC News.
Tony Im, the Public Information Officer of the Media Relations Section at the LAPD, shared, “We are aware of the issue and are investigating it.” No further details were revealed.
This is in response to an Instagram user recently uploading posts including one of a gun and the statement that they plan to shoot Jimin at BTS’s concert in Los Angeles on September 5. This is the third time that death threats have been made against Jimin.
BigHit Entertainment previously responded that the agency plans to take necessary measures for the safety of the members.
