SEVENTEEN’s Vernon Shares Update On His Health After Injury

SEVENTEEN’s Vernon has reassured fans that he’s getting better after his leg injury in June.

The group made a comeback on July 16 with their new mini album “You Make My Day,” and Vernon was asked at their showcase that day about the secret to his fast recovery.

Vernon said, “The members told me to eat ox knee soup three times a day, so I’ve been eating a lot of that.”

He added, “Ox knee soup is said to be good because there’s a lot of calcium in it, but I can’t just have the calcium, I also need to take vitamin D together with it for it to absorb. I learned a lot about it so I can get better quickly.”

“I haven’t yet recovered totally,” he said, and explained that the choreography had been adjusted so that he could perform without straining his injury.

“Thank you to everyone who has worried about me,” Vernon continued. “I’m recovering fast so you don’t need to worry too much. I’ll quickly get totally better and show you a good dance performance.”
