Kim Jong Kook Responds To Questions About The Possibility Of Him Dating Hong Jin Young In Real Life

Kim Jong Kook talked about his “love line” with Hong Jin Young on “Running Man.”

On July 18, Kim Jong Kook stepped in for Kim Seung Woo as a special DJ on KBS Cool FM’s “Kim Seung Woo and Jang Hang Jun’s Mystery Radio.”

When a listener asked, “Do you have any intentions of actually dating Hong Jin Young?” he replied, “Many people are taking an interest and asking, so it wouldn’t happen even if it could.”

He continued, “Hong Jin Young is a bright person with a really good personality. She’s really pretty and nice, but she’s someone who’s nice to everyone, so many people misunderstand. She got entangled in a love line with me, so she’s just working hard to play along.”

DJ Jang Hang Jun commented, “But they say that people don’t just do it for the purpose of the show. Don’t you need to have some feelings?” Kim Jong Kook answered, “I guess you wouldn’t do that to someone you hated seeing.”

Kim Jong Kook and Hong Jin Young gained the public’s attention for their love line on SBS’s “Running Man” and he also chose her as his ideal type on SBS’s “My Ugly Duckling.”
