Yeon Woo Jin In Talks To Play Lead In New OCN Drama
Actor Yeon Woo Jin may be returning to the small screen soon!
On July 28, his agency Jump Entertainment announced, “Yeon Woo Jin was offered a role in ‘Priest’ [literal translation] and is positively reviewing it.”
“Priest” is the first exorcism medical drama to be released in Korea and will be directed by Kim Jong Hyun who directed the film “Take Off 2.” If Yeon Woo Jin accepts the role, he will play the lead character Oh Soo Min, a former doctor and exorcist. Oh Soo Min is a man of strange charms whose life is full of ups and downs. “Priest” will be released sometime in the second half of the year.
Yeon Woo Jin has appeared in various productions so far, such as “Ojakgyo Family,” “Arang and the Magistrate,” and “Queen for Seven Days.” His latest drama was “Judge vs. Judge,” and you can check out the first episode on Viki below.
