Shin Hye Sun And Yang Se Jong Compete For Their Dog's Affection In "30 But 17"
The battle for love has begun with an unexpected love triangle on SBS’s “30 but 17.”
On July 28, the drama released stills of Woo Seo Ri (played by Shin Hye Sun) and Gong Woo Jin (played by Yang Se Jong) fighting over their dog Deok Gu.
During last week’s broadcasts, Woo Seo Ri woke up from her 13-year-long coma and returned to her childhood home, only to find out that her uncle and aunt sold the house and left her dog behind. Currently, Gong Woo Jin lives in the house with his nephew Yoo Chan (played by Ahn Hyo Seop), housekeeper Jennifer (played by Ye Ji Won), and her dog Pang, who is now called Deok Gu.
Without any family, friends, or a home, Woo Seo Ri had nowhere to go. After seeing her save Deok Gu from being run over by a motorcycle, Gong Woo Jin gave her permission to stay at the house for a month.
In the stills, Woo Seo Ri is playing with Deok Gu and lying low near the ground to be at its eye level. In return, Deok Gu is wagging its tail and happily playing with its former owner.
Gong Woo Jin, however, doesn’t seem too pleased with this. He holds Deok Gu and sits with his back towards Woo Seo Ri, putting up a wall between him, his dog, and its former owner.
He looks at her with wariness and jealousy in his eyes, but Woo Seo Ri looks carefree and doesn’t seem to be aware of this at all. This unexpected love triangle between Gong Woo Jin, Woo Seo Ri, and Deok Gu is bound to bring more laughs as the drama continues.
A source from the drama said, “Shin Hye Sun and Yang Se Jong will officially start living under the same roof together, and the dog Deok Gu will act as the bridge that transforms their relationship. I know that the viewers are praising Deok Gu’s acting. It was chosen as the ‘acting genius’ on set by the actors. Please continue to look forward to Deok Gu’s acting.”
