Ahn Ji Hyun Cast As Female Lead In New Drama Starring Kim Hyun Joong

Following Kim Hyun Joong’s confirmation to be in KBS’s “When Time Stopped,” it was confirmed that Ahn Ji Hyun will star in it as well.

A source from the production crew stated, “Kim Hyun Joong and Ahn Ji Hyun have been confirmed to play the lead characters. The first filming will start tomorrow [August 1]. The premiere date is still up in the air. We are still discussing it.”

“When Time Stopped” is a fantasy romance drama about a mysterious and lonely time-traveler. It will consist of 12 episodes and air sometime in the middle of October.

Ahn Ji Hyun will be playing Sun Ah, a 25-year-old landlord who owns a three-story building. Currently, the actress also stars in MBC’s “Time” as Oh Young Hee, the best friend of Seol Ji Hyun (Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun).
