3 Unsolved Mysteries Intriguing Viewers Of "30 But 17"
SBS’s Monday-Tuesday drama “30 but 17” is not only enthralling viewers with its beautiful story between its two main characters, but it is also eliciting intrigue with mysteries that have yet to be solved.
“30 but 17” tells the story of Woo Seo Ri (Shin Hye Sun), who has the body of a 30-year-old but the mind of a 17-year-old as she fell into a coma in her teens after being involved in an accident, and Gong Woo Jin (Yang Se Jong), who cut himself off from the rest of society at a young age after a traumatic event.
The first mystery intriguing viewers is the whereabouts of Seo Ri’s uncle, who is also her guardian. When Seo Ri wakes up from her coma, she immediately stars looking for her uncle and his wife. However, the house they used to live in is now occupied by Woo Jin, and though she does everyone she can to track her uncle and his wife down, including looking up information on his workplace online, she can’t seem to find a trace of them. Many viewers are curious to know the reason behind the departure of Seo Ri’s uncle, especially as she was still in a coma when he disappeared without a trace.
The second mystery is the secret behind the yellow heels. Many scenes have shown a woman wearing a yellow dress and yellow heels walking up to Woo Jin’s house, staring at the home for a moment, and then disappearing. Episode 12 had the woman watching Jennifer (Ye Ji Won), who felt the mysterious woman’s presence, and it is making viewers curious to know if there is a connection between the two.
The third mystery is the identity of the man who visited Seo Ri while she was in a coma. In the first episode, a man was seen looking at Seo Ri through the crack of a door while she was in her coma. When a nurse discovered him and asked him what he was doing, he pulled down his hat and quickly left the scene, making viewers wonder who he could be.
The production staff of “30 but 17” stated, “As the story progresses, viewers will be able to enjoy the drama more if they search for clues to unravel the unsolved mysteries.
