After School's Raina Opens Her Own YouTube Channel

After School and Orange Caramel’s Raina has prepared a special project for fans in the form of a YouTube channel!

On August 17, Pledis Entertainment announced the opening of Raina’s channel on their official Twitter account, along with the link to Raina’s first video.

As an introduction, Raina explains why she decided to open the channel. Sharing that it’s actually been something she’s been planning for a while as she enjoys watching videos on YouTube, Raina explained that as she is not as busy as she used to be in the past, she hopes to inject more energy into her life by running a YouTube channel. She also mentioned the many comments she sees on her social media accounts asking what she’s been up to, and Raina said she hopes she is able to connect more with the fans who have been waiting for her through the new project.

Throughout the clip, she shows snippets of her day-to-day life, and also includes clips of her singing and preparing for her upcoming concert. And at the end, Raina makes herself laugh as she awkwardly tries out some phrases she’s seen YouTubers use such as “Don’t forget to subscribe,” and “Leave ideas in the comments down below.”
