Viewers are loving SBS’s “30 but 17”!

After not airing on August 20 due to coverage of the 2018 Asian Games, “30 but 17” returned to normal broadcast on August 21. It saw average ratings of 8.4 percent and 10.5 percent with an impressive peak at 13 percent according to Nielsen Korea. While slightly lower than its personal best in ratings that it hit last week, “30 but 17” continued to be first in its time slot.

Gong Woo Jin (Yang Se Jong) came to terms with himself and his feelings for Woo Seo Ri (Shin Hye Sun) in this broadcast, while she confessed how she missed him while he was away. As they grew closer, they began to be more aware and think more about the other person even when apart. Viewers expressed their support for the heartwarming drama and couple, saying hilarious things like, “I’m sorry to Chan [Ahn Hyo Seop] but accept Seo Ri as your aunt-in-law.”

KBS2’s “Lovely Horribly” was in second, with slightly decreased ratings of 3.7 percent and 4.6 percent, while MBC’s “Risky Romance” recorded a viewership of 2.6 percent and 2.8 percent.
