DIA's Jung Chaeyeon Talks About Watching "Produce 48" As A Former I.O.I Member

DIA’s Jung Chaeyeon shared her thoughts on what it’s like to watch “Produce 48” in a recent interview.

She previously appeared as a contestant on “Produce 101,” eventually achieving seventh place and promoting as a member of I.O.I.

Jung Chaeyeon revealed, “I’ve been enjoying ‘Produce 48’ since its first episode. [I enjoy it] to the point where even when the episode has already aired and re-runs are playing, I order chicken feet and watch it. While watching the show, I think a lot about the first season and I’ve even cried.”

She continued, “I also think that it’s probably different from when I appeared on the show. There are a few contestants that I’ve been noticing. I’m going to cheer them on in my heart, and I’m thinking of voting for them during their final stage.”

The former I.O.I member also talked about her mindset on survival shows. She explained, “When I appeared on ‘Produce 101,’ it was really hard. But I got a lot out of it and learned a lot, so it was really fun. At the time, I had the mindset of having fun while on the show. I knew I had to do well, but I had the mindset of trying to throw away my ambition. In the end, the show was fun. I think it would be fun to do another survival program, but I have to promote with my members so it wouldn’t be right to do so in the future.”

DIA recently made their comeback with their fourth mini album “Summer Ade” and have been actively promoting with their title track “Woo Woo.”
