On August 25 at approximately 3:08 p.m. KST, the music video for BTS’s latest title track “IDOL” surpassed the 50 million view milestone. They were able to achieve this feat in just 21 hours and 8 minutes, as the music video was released on August 24 at 6 p.m. KST.

This means that BTS’s “IDOL” is now the fastest Korean group music video to reach this milestone, beating the previous record of 30 hours, which was set by BTS’s last title track “Fake Love”!

The music video for “IDOL” is set to continue its record-breaking run, and it will be interesting to see what other new achievements it accomplishes.
