MXM and Berry Good were the latest stars to take on the double speed dance challenge on “Weekly Idol”!

The double speed dance challenge has long been a staple of the show, and as the name would suggest, has groups dance to their songs at twice the original speed.

Berry Good was first up to take on the challenge in the show’s rookie corner, and they performed their latest title track “Green Apple.” Despite the many formation changes they had to go through, the members had bright smiles on their faces as they perfected their choreography. Check it out below!

For MXM, they were not originally planning on doing the double speed dance challenge. However, the three MCs loved the choreography for their recent title track “YA YA YA” and pleaded with the duo to perform the challenge with their dancers. MXM agreed, and they wowed everyone on set with their perfect choreography, despite not preparing for the challenge in advance.
