BTOB’s Yook Sungjae has dropped a teaser for his upcoming remake of “Confession,” the OST of the hit film “Temptation of Wolves.”

The teaser was released on August 30 at 6 p.m. KST and shows three people having fun and playing hide and seek near the ocean. On top of the scenes is a narration by Yook Sungjae that incorporates a famous line from the film. He says, “When it’s already bright and the lights turn off, it’s difficult to see things. But if it was dark to begin with, they say you get used to the darkness and are able to see.”

“Confession” was originally sung by Lee Soo Hoon and was the OST for the 2004 hit film “Temptation of Wolves.” At the time, the song was as popular as the film, frequently selected to play as background music on people’s social media accounts. Yook Sungjae will be reinventing the song 14 years later and putting a more modern touch on it.

Yook Sungjae’s “Confession” will be the second part of music creative group Space Oddity’s remake project “Your BGM.” The first to participate were Eric Nam and Cheeze, whose remake of “Perhaps Love” performed well on the charts.

“Confession” is set to be released on September 6 at 6 p.m. KST.
