"Inkigayo" Announces Change In Broadcast Time Slot

SBS’s weekly music program “Inkigayo” will now be broadcast at a different time!

It was recently announced that starting next week, the show will air at 3:40 p.m. KST.

“Inkigayo” previously aired at 3:40 p.m. starting in 2015, but the time changed to 12:10 p.m. in 2016 and has remained so ever since.

With the time changing back to 3:40 p.m., fans are hoping that it will result in less pre-recordings at extremely early hours (often before 7 a.m.).

The first “Inkigayo” with the new time will air on September 9.
