Viewers are loving SBS’s “30 but 17”!

According to Nielsen Korea, the drama’s September 3 broadcast recorded viewership ratings above 10 percent once again, a notable feat as most weekday evening dramas are unable to hit double-digit ratings these days.

It brought in ratings of 8.7 percent and 10.2 percent, making “30 but 17” first in its time slot. KBS2’s “Lovely Horribly” recorded 4.2 percent while MBC’s “Risky Romance” saw ratings of 2.2 percent and 2.5 percent.

As Woo Seo Ri and Gong Woo Jin grew even closer, their relationship hit a turning point in the September 3 broadcast of “30 but 17.”

The two of them helped each other through their respective endeavors, as Gong Woo Jin took initiative to heal from his past trauma while Woo Seo Ri continued to work towards performing on stage.

Gong Woo Jin also became more certain of his feelings for Woo Seo Ri, which culminated in him getting involved when he learns that Woo Seo Ri’s backstory was being used to push ticket sales for a music festival.

When Woo Seo Ri confronted him, Gong Woo Jin unexpectedly confessed, “Because I hate it. To see the person I like. No, the woman I like. I hate seeing her get hurt more than death itself.” This was notably the highest rated minute of the entire broadcast, hitting a peak rating of 13.5 percent.
