Sunye Addresses News Of Her Pregnancy And Responds To Hurtful Comments

Former Wonder Girls member Sunye has personally shared a message about her pregnancy and future career plans.

On September 22, Sunye took to Instagram to address the news of her third pregnancy, which her agency had announced the day before.

The singer began by expressing her excitement about the new addition to her family, writing, “Our third [child], another gift that has found its way to our family. I’m grateful and delighted to be able to share the news! I sincerely thank everyone who has expressed their support and congratulations.”

She added, “Also, to all the mothers in the world, stay strong!”

Sunye then went on to briefly mention the public’s response to the news, revealing that she had seen some of the hurtful comments written about her.

“I’m aware of the many articles bearing false information (not once have I ever announced my retirement) and the sharp-tongued comments [about me],” she wrote. “But in any case, I will find the right timing to show my best self and greet you with good music, so that I don’t feel embarrassed to call myself a professional singer. Thank you.”
