"Heart Surgeons" And "Terius Behind Me" Go Head-To-Head In Premiere Ratings Battle
A new battle for viewership ratings has officially begun!
Both SBS’s new medical drama “Heart Surgeons” and MBC’s new spy drama “Terius Behind Me” premiered on September 27, kicking off a brand-new competition for Wednesday-Thursday drama ratings.
Although it was an incredibly close race, “Heart Surgeons” ultimately emerged the victor and claimed first place in its time slot.
Both dramas aired four episodes on their first night, and according to Nielsen Korea, “Heart Surgeons” scored average viewership ratings of 6.9 percent, 7.5 percent, 6.2 percent, and 6.5 percent for its four parts. Meanwhile, “Terius Behind Me” earned ratings of 6.3 percent, 7.2 percent, 6.1 percent, and 6.1 percent for its four episodes.
KBS 2TV’s “The Ghost Detective” came in third place for the evening, scoring average viewership ratings of 2.6 percent for both of its two parts.
