gugudan's Kim Sejeong Opens Up About Letting Others In And What Writing Means To Her

gugudan’s Kim Sejeong expressed her thoughts on allowing others into her life and her hope for the future on SBS’s “Big Picture Family.”

On the October 6 broadcast, Kim Sejeong, Cha In Pyo, Park Chan Ho, Ryu Soo Young, and Woo Hyo Kwang sat down and had a comfortable and hearty dinner together.

During the meal, Cha In Pyo remarked, “You know how there are those really bad and difficult days where you feel like you can’t do it anymore, but then someone unexpectedly shows up and helps you? Have you had any experiences like that yourself Sejeong?”

Kim Sejeong then confessed that she always feels very reluctant to receive other people’s aid and actually can’t stand it or doesn’t know what to do in situations when someone offers help. She went on to say, “I honestly just want to have one place where I could just complain about things. I don’t need anything else, I just want to be able to complain about stuff. So, I start writing it all out. If I feel anything on a particular day, I just write about it.”

Cha In Pyo also asked Kim Sejeong, “What do you want to do when you become more successful and earn more money?”

She responded, “I want to do volunteer work just like you do and I want try out a lot of new things. I plan on living a generous life.”

Park Chan Ho then gave her advice and commented, “If you just keep working hard like you are doing right now, that day will suddenly come. However, if you obsess over it, then it will get further and further away from you.” Kim Sejeong expressed, “I think I am working hard each day so that I don’t miss my chance.”
