EXID's Jeonghwa Cast As Lead For Upcoming Web Drama

EXID member Jeonghwa will be leading a new web drama!

On October 10, sources from the drama industry revealed, “Jeonghwa has been cast as the female lead of web drama ‘Member of Society’ (literal translation). She is currently practicing baseball for the drama. She will show new charms that are different from herself on stage.”

“Member of Society” will tell the story of baseball team made up of normal office workers. Jeonghwa will play a character on a job search who is the only woman on the baseball team.

Director Kim Aaron, who directed films like “Love Clinic,” “Hello My Love,” and “LaLa Sunshine” and web drama “Love Detective Sherlock K” planned the series. Director Kim Jong Chan, who is known for creating many famous advertisements and music videos, will direct the drama.

“Member of Society” will start filming on October 20 and is scheduled to premiere in March 2019 as a 10-episode web drama. It will also be released as a 90-minute long web movie.
