Weki Meki Discusses Each Other's Habits, Thoughts On Acting, And More

Weki Meki shared a little bit more about themselves and each other.

The group held a showcase in honor of their comeback with “Kiss, Kicks” on October 11. During the event, they introduced their newest album, and also performed title track “Crush,” and “Dear.” as well as last year’s “Pretty Boy.”

Weki Meki also discussed a variety of other topics, such as their unique habits that fans may not know and future goals.

Kim Doyeon commented, “Ji Sooyeon will tiptoe around the dorm,” while the group also shared how Elly likes to tie all of her hair at once into a croissant-looking hairstyle at home. Choi Yoojung imitated Elly’s expressions when applying skincare as well, making everyone laugh at the accuracy.

Weki Meki also shared how they hope to hold a solo concert. “I want to try singing while playing an instrument, or showcasing solo or duet performances,” Kim Doyeon added.

Lucy revealed that she wants to try her hand at acting as well, saying, “I want to try act a character who goes through a lot.” On the other hand, Ji Sooyeon shared, “I have a lot of bad memories associated with acting.”

“I once took acting classes for a year. However, my parents couldn’t look me in the eye after they saw my acting during a monthly evaluation,” she explained. “I don’t plan on acting, but if I were to, then I want to try play a lovely character.”

Before the event concluded, Weki Meki members also expressed their love for fans. “We think about fans often, like whenever we are eating something tasty, before we sleep, or when we hear our songs playing in the streets,” they shared.
