Kim Gura's Son And Rapper GREE Parts Ways With Girlfriend

On October 17, GREE’s agency Brand New Music revealed that he and his girlfriend broke up after three years of dating.

GREE (Kim Dong Hyun) is the son of comedian and MC Kim Gura. He used to go by the stage name MC GREE, but later changed it to GREE.

His agency stated, “It is true that GREE and his girlfriend recently broke up. We will not reveal the reason behind their breakup to respect his privacy.”

Previously, GREE used to openly talk about his relationship with his non-celebrity girlfriend. He was confident in revealing his affection towards his girlfriend through the lyrics of his songs and appearances on various TV shows. However, their relationship came to an end after three years.

GREE debuted as a rapper in May 2016 with the song, “Nineteen.” The song scored well on music charts with lyrics that sympathized with teenagers. He released another single “Dangerous” in October 2016 and revealed his increased talent in music.

Afterwards, the rapper focused on creating good music and finding his unique musical identity for one year and 10 months. He finally released a new song called “DOVES” in August 2018, starting a new chapter in his musical career.
