Apink's Jung Eun Ji And BTOB's Yook Sungjae To Reportedly Collaborate On Korean Reunification Song
Apink’s Jung Eun Ji and BTOB’s Yook Sungjae may be collaborating together.
According to music industry sources, the two singers will reportedly be working on a song about North-South Korean harmony and peace in the Korean peninsula.
It was previously reported that Ailee and Zico would also join the project, but the source article has been edited to no longer include the two artists.
The collaboration project is a part of the “2019 One K Global Campaign,” a reunification culture movement. Composer Kim Hyung Suk and lyricist Kim Eana, who previously released “ONE Dream ONE Korea” in 2015, will be composing and writing lyrics for the upcoming song.
The reunification song will be recorded in early November, and will be distributed for free next year in March. It will be released in concordance with the 100th anniversary of the March 1st Independence Movement.
