MBC’s spy drama “Terius Behind Me” is staying strong in viewership ratings for Wednesday-Thursday dramas.

According to Nielsen Korea, the October 18 broadcast of “Terius Behind Me” reached 7.9 percent in viewership ratings for episode 15 and 9.5 percent for episode 16. It was similar to the viewership ratings for the October 17 broadcast, which was 7.1 percent and 9.5 percent for episodes 13 and 14. The numbers were higher than all the dramas that aired during the same time slot.

“Terius Behind Me” also scored 8.8 percent for episode 15 and 10.7 percent for episode 16 in the metropolitan area. The drama recorded their highest viewership ratings yet with 10.7 percent, with the the highest rated moment reaching up to 11.8 percent.

During the October 18 broadcast, Go Ae Rin (played by Jung In Sun) became a secret agent, while Jin Yong Tae (played by Son Ho Jun) fled and went under hiding. Towards the end of the episode, viewers were shocked when Kim Bon (played by So Ji Sub) jumped into the river after being chased by the National Intelligence Service.

The drama viewership ratings for other Wednesday-Thursday dramas were also revealed. “Heart Surgeons” scored 7.2 percent and 8.8 percent, thus taking second place. KBS’s “The Ghost Detective” reached 1.8 percent and 2 percent.

On cable, tvN’s “The Smile Has Left Your Eyes” reached 2.8 percent. Cable dramas, however, use a slightly different system for calculating viewership ratings.
