Ahn Jung Hwan To Join Cast Of Yoo Jae Suk's Upcoming Variety Show

Ahn Jung Hwan will be working with Yoo Jae Suk on his upcoming variety show “Kids These Days” (literal translation).

JTBC’s “Kids These Days” is a show that brings together adult celebrities and Generation Z children under 24 years old. The adults will watch videos that the children make, then meet and spend a day with the children whose videos interest them.

Ahn Jung Hwan will be joining Yoo Jae Suk as cast members who represent adults these days. As a father of two children who are of similar age to those on the show, it will be interesting to see whether he can relate or show another side of himself. He has previously proven himself a strong emcee through shows such as “Carefree Travelers,” “Cook Representative,” and “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator” as he co-hosted alongside variety show heavyweights such as Kang Ho Dong, Kim Sung Joo, and Jung Hyung Don. This will be his first time working with Yoo Jae Suk.

The variety show has also confirmed HAON, the winner of “High School Rapper 2,” as one of the cast members.

The chief producer behind “Kids These Days” is Yoon Hyun Joon, who is behind many of JTBC’s popular variety shows such as “Crime Scene,” “Sugar Man,” “Hyori’s Homestay,” and “Let’s Eat Dinner Together.” He has previously worked with Yoo Jae Suk on “Happy Together” and “Sugar Man.” Producing director Lee Chang Woo, the producing director behind “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator” will also be leading the show.

“Kids These Days” is slated to air in November.
