g.o.d Relives Embarrassing Encounter With Song Hye Kyo During Early Debut Days

g.o.d was certainly taken by surprise when actress Song Hye Kyo suddenly showed up at their front door.

On the October 18 episode of JTBC’s “Shall We Walk Together” (literal title), the g.o.d members shared stories as they trekked the Camino de Santaigo trail. They especially delved into nostalgia while playing a word chain game, where they could only use words relating to the group.

As they played the game, Park Joon Hyung connected the words “live broadcast” and “Song Hye Kyo,” and commented, “The wind in my underpants…” while trying to pass off on the answer. Danny Ahn protested that viewers would misunderstand, and exclaimed, “You have to explain!”

Park Joon Hyung then explained that he and the actress had appeared on SBS drama “Soonpoong Clinic” (literal title) together. He shared, “One day, the members and I were all resting at our dorm in our underwear, and Song Hye Kyo came to visit with food.” The members chimed in and said, “We were extremely flustered then.” Kim Tae Woo added, “I thought an angel had come down.”

At the time, it hadn’t been long since the g.o.d members had debuted, and they had difficulty getting food for all their meals. Thinking back on the past, the members thanked Song Hye Kyo.

“Shall We Walk Together” airs every Thursday at 11 p.m. KST.
