Girls’ Generation’s YoonA Appointed As Ambassador For International Film Festival & Awards Macao
Girls’ Generation’s YoonA has been chosen as a Talent Ambassador for the International Film Festival & Awards Macao (IFFAM).
It was announced on November 8 that the film festival’s Talent Ambassadors this year include YoonA, American actor Nicolas Cage, and Hong Kong star Aaron Kwok.
YoonA has said, “This is a huge honor and I’m grateful. I’m already excited for this new experience I’ll be having in Macao. I’ll work hard during IFFAM to encourage film lovers to be interested in films and the film festival.”
Following her debut as a member of Girls’ Generation in 2007, YoonA has shown her acting talents in works including the film “Confidential Assignment,” Korean dramas “The K2” and “The King Loves,” the Chinese drama “God of War, Zhao Yun,” and more. She has been cast in a lead role in the disaster-action film “Exit” alongside Jo Jung Suk, which she is currently in the middle of filming.
IFFAM is now in its third year, and will be held from December 8 to 14. YoonA will be taking part as a Talent Ambassador in the opening ceremony.
