Kim Woo Young's Agency To Take Legal Action Against Malicious Commenters

Model and tattoo artist Kim Woo Young’s agency announced that they will be taking legal action against malicious commenters who address his death.

On November 12, his agency stated, “The malicious comments on articles that address Kim Woo Young’s death are hurting his family. We are planning to take legal action against commenters who cross the line.”

The agency also stated, “We checked the CCTV at the time of the accident. Kim Woo Young tried to avoid the forklift truck that was making an illegal u-turn and coming towards him by trying to move to the third lane. He was hit by the truck because of the taxi that was illegally parked in the next lane. He had a helmet and other safety equipment on. The police are still investigating the accident, but he would have been alive if it wasn’t for the illegal u-turn and the illegal parking [commited by others].”

Kim Woo Young passed away on November 5, due to a car accident. He previously appeared in the music video for BTS’s RM and rapper Wale’s collaboration track “Change,” where he left a strong impression with his unique appearance. He also walked the runway for Hera at 2019 S/S Seoul Fashion Week.

Many people shared their condolences with his family, but some maliciously commented on his tattoos and rashly commented on the motorcycle accident. Thus his family and his agency are planning to take legal action.

We offer our sincere condolences to Kim Woo Young’s family and friends. May he rest in peace.
