MAMAMOO's Agency Postpones Concert After Tallying Fans' Votes

MAMAMOO’s agency has announced that the group’s upcoming concert will be postponed in accordance with fans’ wishes.

On November 16, RBW released an official statement about MAMAMOO’s “4season F/W” concert, which was originally scheduled to take place on December 15 and 16.

The agency wrote, “Hello. This is RBW. We are delivering our final notice related to MAMAMOO’s ‘4season F/W’ concert.

“We are informing you that, in accordance with the results of fans’ votes, the ‘4season F/W’ concert has been postponed.

“Accordingly, the fan club pre-sale [of concert tickets] that was scheduled for 8 [p.m.] today will not take place. We will inform you of the new schedule through a notice at a later date.

“We would like to apologize for giving fans cause for concern. We also ask that you show a lot of interest and support for [MAMAMOO’s upcoming promotions], so that their promotional activities for [their mini album] ‘BLUE;S,’ which is scheduled for a release on November 19, can go smoothly.

“Additionally, we would like to ask for the understanding of the fans who had been waiting for the F/W concert, and we promise that we will greet you with an even better concert in the future. Thank you.”

Last week, MAMAMOO fans asked the agency to postpone the December concert in light of the group’s hectic schedule, expressing concern over the members’ health. RBW initially responded by stating that they were unable to postpone or cancel the upcoming concert, leading to an official boycott of the concert and other RBW merchandise by MAMAMOO’s fan union.

However, on November 15, the agency changed its stance and announced a fan vote to decide whether to postpone the concert.

Meanwhile, MAMAMOO’s upcoming comeback will proceed as scheduled, with the group’s eighth mini album “BLUE;S” due out on November 29.
