Watch: Wanna One's Kang Daniel Is Thoroughly Impressed By "The Fan" Candidate

SBS’s upcoming variety show “The Fan” released a new preview of Wanna One’s Kang Daniel complimenting one of the show’s participants.

“The Fan” is a fandom survival show. Celebrities such as Tiger JK, Yoon Mi Rae, Dok2, Han Chae Young, Superbee, 2PM’s Junho, Park So Hyun, Seo Hyo Rim, and more will recommend future star candidates, and viewers will evaluate the candidates and decide the final winner of the show.

In the video, Kang Daniel says, “The participant’s voice feels like your first love. It touches your heart.” He shyly adds, “The participant is cute and very pure.” However, he surprises viewers as he addresses the participant as hyung, which is the Korean word for an older male.

He emphasizes that the star candidate’s song never gets deleted from his playlist, and compliments that he is a genius.
