Park Myung Soo Congratulates Kwanghee After Discharge From Army

Park Myung Soo has shown support for his former fellow “Infinite Challenge” cast member Kwanghee of ZE:A.

On the December 7 broadcast of KBS CoolFM’s “Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show,” the comedian talked about Kwanghee, who had been discharged earlier that day. The two became close during “Infinite Challenge” and were known for their hilarious chemistry together.

Park Myung Soo joked, “I talked with him. He said that I was the first person that he called, but I don’t know. He lies a lot.” He continued, “Kwanghee’s time in the military was probably very difficult for him. It feels like yesterday that we parted. Time passes very quickly.”

He mentioned that Kwanghee had jokingly mentioned that he hadn’t visited him while in the military. Park Myung Soo added, “Kwanghee’s younger than me. But when he went to the military, he said he didn’t need them and gave away his shoes and clothes. It’s not because of what I received, but he’s a good friend who always followed me around saying, ‘You’re my hyung, you’re my hyung.” I told him to come over sometime to eat a meal together.”

Park Myung Soo concluded by saying, “Congratulations on being discharged, and I think there will be a lot of laughter thanks to Kwanghee.”

Kwanghee enlisted in the military last March, and successfully completed his 21 months of mandatory military service. When he was discharged, he had commented, “The people I want to see the most are the ‘Infinite Challenge’ members. Though [the conclusion of the show] was sad, it’s okay because I’m going to stay in touch with the producing director and the members.”
