Along with the awards ceremony, the launch ceremony of the Korean Broadcasting Society, created from the merging of the Korean Directors of Photography Society (KDPS) and the Korea Broadcasting Camera Directors Association, took place.

Jang Hyuk from MBC’s “Bad Papa” and Kim Sun Ah from SBS’s “Should We Kiss First?” were awarded the top acting award. Jung Chaeyeon from “to. Jenny” received the rookie acting award.
The best drama category went to Kim Hwa Young and Park Chang Soo from MBC’s “Bad Papa” and the best documentary category went to Jung Ki Hyun from “SBS Special-THE Squirrel” while the best show and broadcast category went to Lee Hyung Seok and six others of SBS’s “UHD Special of Inkigayo.”
