Watch: Jo Bo Ah And Yoo Seung Ho Show Sweet Chemistry On The Set Of "My Strange Hero"
A new making-of video has been released for “My Strange Hero”!
On December 16, the SBS romantic-comedy gave viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the cast filming some important scenes.
With drones on standby, Kwak Dong Yeon wore wires and stood on the edge of a rooftop with Yoo Seung Ho standing in front of him. This was the scene where Kwak Dong Yeon fell from the school rooftop with Yoo Seung Ho trying to save him in the process.
Because this is an important scene in the drama, the two actors practiced their actions, discussed amongst themselves as well as with the director, and rehearsed the scene multiple times. They eventually succeeded at capturing the perfect scene and telling this important part of the story together. When filming ended, they returned to being real-life friends on the set.
Yoo Seung Ho and Jo Bo Ah then filmed a scene from the past when they were students of the same high school. He waited for her to come out and then ran up to her to ask her out in front of the school. She gave a sassy response at first and then told him to raise his grades, before bursting into laughter once filming wrapped.
On the rooftop, Jo Bo Ah presented him with the handmade certificate for raising his grades. When Yoo Seung Ho complained, she surprised him with a kiss as the reward for his hard work. The video captured the sweetness of their first kiss as well as their chemistry on set.
